At The Herbal Witch Bitch, each item is handmade or curated with intention.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@theherbalwitchbitch.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
Include your order number and photos so we can review and assist.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

• Delays caused by shipping carriers.

All sales are final once an order is placed.
